{PAIRED} IX - NYE 2025

{PAIRED} returns for New Year’s Eve with another world-class Chef x DJ pairing.

For the ninth edition of our game-changing Food x Music series, we welcome the irrepressible Dan Shake on the decks alongside George & Lara from Lisbon’s groundbreaking, multi-award-winning gem, SEM.

We begin the night with a multi-course set menu from SEM, soundtracked by Dan, dish by dish, with a hyper-curated selection of records from his extensive collection. After dinner, the floor is cleared and we shake it all the way into 2026.

Our last edition was a double sell out – you have been warned.

Dinner is from 7pm-10pm. The afterparty is 10:30pm-2am. Dinner tickets include entry to the afterparty. 

Bar tickets gain access to Carousel's bar before the after-party, they do not gain access to the dinner (snacks will be available).
