{PAIRED} New Year's Eve - JOHN TALABOT x KUT GOMEZ

{PAIRED} returns to Carousel this New Year’s Eve with another game-changing Chef x DJ collaboration.

We're closing out the year with Barcelona's genre-defining DJ, producer, electronic musician and record label founder, John Talabot (fresh from his first solo release in over a decade), and trailblazing Mexican chef, DJ and culinary storyteller, Ernesto ‘Kut’ Gómez, who joins us all the way from Baja California.

The night begins with a multi-sensory experience as John and Kut take us on an immersive journey through the sounds and flavours of the Balearics, inspired by iconic 80s New York hotspot, El Internacional. A favourite of artists like Jean-Michel Basquiat and Julian Schnabel, the post-modern Tribeca restaurant brought together the worlds of food, art and house music, inspiring a generation of creatives and lighting the touchpaper for a cross-disciplinary movement that {PAIRED} continues today.

As dinner gives way to dancing, John Talabot will take turn things up a notch with a heady mix of Balearic curveballs and an intimate, candle-lit, late-night affair for just 200 lucky souls.

One last dance for the year. And trust us, we're going out with a bang.
